Here is the inner foam. You can pull it out pretty easily even before you separate the cup. That fact can be handy if you dont like the placement of the speaker and want to adjust wihtout pulling everything asunder. I wonder if memory foam would make a nice replacement... and maybe give a little more of that magic quiet... ?
